Table scraps? Never even seen any guilds besides A/A Rustle even compete for mobs.... Klandi left up 6 days Trak up all yesterday, Velketor up perpetually, WToV dragons stay up for hours. Same old cry babies crying about the same old same old

IMO it comes down to one thing, you aren't organized. You can be a casual guild and be competitive, it just takes organization. Get on your leadership about why they aren't doing more for you as a guild.
