Not to kiss Rexx's ass, because 3.0, what little he played we sure as hell weren't on the same team. I was in Heresy 1.0 pre-kunark for quite a few of the server firsts. I can tell you it wasn't a zerg guild, Tallon Zek Times was broken up into 3-4 "allied" guilds when a hard cap for guild members went in.
We were dominating them outnumbered 3 or 4:1 all day long. As a matter of fact, I remember people being turned down, not because they weren't good, but because we didn't want a zerg guild. Secondly, I didn't play 2.0, 3.0 was full of bugs, hacks ect. Not everyone did it, and the zone crashing bug wasn't a CMD, it was a major over sight in coding. On 1.0, I only recall Prime/Warsaint/Shawdy blatantly hacking, Lucid Vision blatantly duping. In Heresy vent the only shady thing I ever heard was someone taking advantage of tradeskills, selling things back to certain vendors on certain recipies for a profit. It was limited in scope and only involved one or two people at off peak times when they though people were afk in vent. Pretty legit guild on 1.0, skilled pve and pvp. Again, on 3.0 I wasn't guilded with any old Heresy members, and fought most of them.

We need a quick reply here from Rexx so all the VZTZ scum can agree with him regardless of what he says, cling to his nuts, and pray by their bedside they're let into <Heresy> this go around.

I think I went outta my way to be clear on the facts. Because you don't accept them, doesn't mean they aren't facts.
Whoever was running on 2.0/3.0 heresy vibes, were not around in 1.0 when I played. I believe, Xant was perma afk for 1.0 unless I'm not sure on who he played. Knuckle and Rexx are the only names I recognize anymore. 3.0 TDT and company were pretty much all I pvp'd against. Some were legit, some weren't, I'm not denying the fact that MQ was used flagrantly in 3.0, but in 1.0 it really wasn't. I'm only speaking on the period I had experience, in vent, and guilded with the above names. As much as Rexx's 3.0 crew irritated me, I can vouch, that during 1.0 cheats were not used. Spam refresh this thread and refute it as much as you want. Eventually I'll agree with you and tell you that we're all horrible hackers, and instead of logging onto a server full of cheaters, you should throw your Panic at the Disco CD on, light some incense and proceed to cut.

Thank you for being honest. For the most part 1.0 and 2.0 were the same, obviously with some different line ups in the Heresy guild. Same leadership and same mentality. I basically full blown quit when 3.0 rolled around so I for one cannot speak much about the server, guild politics or what my fellow ex guildmates partook in. I do know the jist of what went on during 3.0 but again I have no real concrete or valid points to throw around. Heresy was not a perfect guild but the leadership was always against hacking and doing super shady shit. Of course every now and then a train was needed to be dropped basically because thats just how Everquest works sometimes. Again, red99 will be glorious, in the shower this morning i pumped my fist and felt as if a new chapter of life had dawned upon us. Prepare for the inevitable brews.
