OK seems all of ToV operated on the instant spawn tier. I think that covers all the raid mobs?

VI brought ToV down some time for a patch so our favorite overgrown Cobalt Wyvern, Ikatiar the Venom, was back up. This time he just handed his loots over to us without much trouble. Gozzrem on the other has become the new Hoshkar for us, killing us all with 1-3% of his life left each time. This bitch will die soon though and will be killed repeatedly in retribution for the pain in CR he has caused us.
