Custom 99 = always fail

If this server emulated any ruleset from any classic server it would have been better than it was.

now it has basically late game sad days edition "zek" ruleset.

On live, all teams server were failures due to the way teams work / dont work
On rallos, you could buy fungis and cloaks of flame for pretty cheap because they were lootable.

Good times on rallos.
