Damage delay on those other weapons will still have SoD maintaining better agro. Prior to and after a proc the SoD will easily make up the difference with raw physical damage.

SoD has arguably better stats, but joe didn't want a tolan's; i would have had no problem giving him one too if he asked since he almost never asked for loot and was at almost every single raid... ever
