The oven in Droga and the loom in Kaesora are normal, only the Dalnir forge and the pottery wheel in Droga are "Always works" (which they do... but only for the quest recipes they're used for.)
These "Always Work" containers seem to only be for their respective quest recipes and shouldn't be NOFAIL on standard recipes.
