Level 18 is perfect for the basement in kurns tower, ZEM is better than unrest, some good drops like iksar berserker club, wiz ice wand, and your weight in bone chips. Just NEVER I mean ever kill or tag a burynai or thick boned skelly it only takes one faction hit to ruin their faction. The burynai are shadow knights and I think necros they will harm touch you, de buff you, run, and heal each other.
I would recommend not going down to the very bottom unless you're daring because that is a one way in one way
out at the very bottom
