Can anyone solve this P99 forum puzzle?

I was going to guess Hasten. The only other character I can vaguely picture is a halfling in Rivervale bookin it around the zone. I might be completely making that up though and have no idea who it is.

Alright, kind of out on a limb here. But the yeti in the tunnel leading from the rings in DL?
He paths from one end to the other, looks silly while doing it, and most players will ignore him as they follow him or pass him in the tunnel because they are invis, or such a high level they don't care.
