Translation: I just realized that if I was right then there would be pure Red forums (the PvP forums) and Red/Blue forums (the General forums) and no pure Blue forums, and that doesn't make any sense when Blue has 10x the population of Red.

There is no such place. In order to avoid the red trolls one must avoid p99 altogether. They are everywhere (except in game, because their population is always so low there....)
