Just to play a little devils advocate.... Its on you to not give your stuff away without receiving payment. Not the GM's. I understand it's against the rules to scam and all that. But come on, if YOU got scammed, it's YOUR fault. Not saying it was right. But I'm not surprised he didn't get banned.

Also, is there any sort of proof other than speculation that shamsade is Allio? I've seen none.

Nope. I'm in Dawn Believers on a single character and Allio seems to care somewhat about the guild and guildies. He kicked shamsade from the guild and announced it will not be tolerated. So... maybe
