Rogue Sneak Speed Ever Increase?

Every level 51+ you get an increase. Level 56 you break into a jog. At 60 it's slightly slower than full run speed.
Lowbie rogue sneak is horrible though. SoW pots / Jboots are your friends. GL.

60 sneak + strafing = more or less like a normal run speed.

Thanks, everyone! Finally got backstab, and I absolutely love playing this guy. Me and my SBD will learn to live with the slooooow sneaking and the complete inability to solo.

Also, thanks for the strafing tip.
