Soiled bag is nice. 700pp in EC or fairly common rot if you managed to hang around at bats zoneline in nagafen's lair.
You can do this quest http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/q...tml?quest=1281 and if you are lucky get a 15% haste. Get a 20+ haste ASAP. If you don't have one by 46 piggy back some plane of sky raids and there is a very good chance of getting one there as a rot. | ||
