Yes, who don't? I will admit, I re-used a towel ONCE as a(n admittedly foolish) foray into the realm ecological cognizance and I was terribly disappointed. From that point I resolved "Never Again" to use a non-fresh towel. I don't care how many fishes die from my towel washing.

fresh means FRESH? to me it means used less than 10 times since last wash
