Miscellaneous: 51+ alternate class names

It's a small thing, but back then, it didn't say [51 Champion (Warrior)] and such. It just said [51 Champion], and whatever the other classes are called at 51+. I specifically remember having to discover the new class names at the time, as well as always confusing Pathfinder and Wanderer.
