Where's the post in the rules section that says alt+tab jumping is banned? Not trolling, legit curious.

There are rules against using items gained legitimately (pd crowns) or bard speed in VP or druids/shms using their run spells . Nalken was banned for using shadow step item. So using such chicanery as this would be a logical no no.
