Up to you but I think you're just fine as is. Gearing for cha is pretty easy and cheap. At some point you'll max out cha and start trading out for int/sta stuff anyways. But you could be level 6 again in now time if you restarted.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you started out as a dark elf or gnome. Even then 10 points isn't likely to make much of a difference in the long run. Like Nostalgiaquest said cha gear is pretty cheap so you should be fine. Also don't buy into the sta thing, 5 sta is like 12 hps or something at level 60. You might be better off putting it into str just to make life better for carrying loot to sell at lower levels (again depending on race).

I think i only put 10 points into CHA when I made my toon, self buffed I have 190CHA and run into no problems really.
