It's up to them. It is also mentioned that they can pull the plug on the rare items when they feel enough have dropped. They will be keeping track of this stuff.

Yes. So anything light blue and up. It's cool and all but i'm gonna lvl as usual. It';s like playing the lotto. I don't expect me and most others to get a ton of shit.

im just going to play like nothings going on. But hope that my regular camp is empty of competition because peeps are out trying to grind for the best kills/hr
