I still gotta catch up with adventures.....but this one is pretty topical with the entire alliance of the raider guilds lately....
................ I was sittin around bein a gnome when my spies reported in that there was a gathering of adventurers getting ready to attack the giants city of Kael. Obviously, I had to go! Using my disguises I blended in as just another adventurer.... helping to fight giants outside in the wakening lands until the rest of the forces assembled.... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Eventually everyone went inside and began preparations for their attack on the greatest treasure holder in all of Kael....the sacred statue of Rallos Zek!! The thing is, I also heard they had come to an agreement beforehand of who owned the statue....so no adventure race was held.... Little did they know I knew the laws of adventuring!! That the statue belongs to whoever hits it first and it announces their name to everyone!!! This was my chance!! My chance to pull the greatest heist in all of gnome history!!!!!!!! So, while all the others were getting ready to fight....I carefully snuck down to where the statue was waiting....and took out my biggest gnome marker!! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Then, I scrawled my name across the statue in PERMANENT INK! "Is Sneaksys! All Treasure Mine!!" I had done it! I had claimed the statue before anyone else!!!! According to article 6 paragraph 3 of the raiders agreements, I now had complete ownership of the most prized treasure in all of Kael!!! It was time for plan B....to sell the rights to the others!! I was gonna be rich!! Maybe even hundreds of platinums!!!!! But...as I tried to begin negotiations.....they ignored me and attacked the statue on their own without proper ownership papers!!!! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] It was a travesty!! No one steals from a sneak gnome!!!! I would show them! I would show them all!!!!! Little did they know I gots connections!! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] "Who dare summon me?!" "Oh oh over here! Me! Sneaksy the gnome!!" "A gnome dare summon the Avatar of War?!" "Kinda! I just came to tell you those thieves broke OUR statue!!! We gotta rough dem up a bit! For the ransom and things!" "I see....I'll handle this then..." And so "plan rough-em-up" was set into motion..... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I followed the Avatar as he made his way through Kael.....their monks were so shocked they fainted in the hallways!! Eventually he came upon the band of thieves.....so I watched....watched from the shadows..... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] The battle was so mighty it shook the entire city!! Time even seemed to warp as so much magic and stabbing was happening, it was like the world couldn't handle it!! But....in the end.....the Avatar had succeeded....the entire party had been extremely roughed up. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] As I sat overlooking the destruction I figured they learnt their lesson. No one steals from a gnome!!! | ||
