I'm seeing the same problem...the recast timer is definately wrong here! it used to be the same as Fufil's Curtailing Chant.

Ive been dealing with the same problem for 5+ days now. Also, when Brusco's Boastfull Bellow is interrupted by a missed note, sometimes the recast timer sets itself to 30 seconds.
