A high percentage of people that play on a pve server when they have the option to play on a pvp server are afraid of pvp.

You could never make raid areas pvp enabled, if you did this on p99 blue, it would end up with the population red has.

Coming from many games that had pvp/pve servers, I know the ones who enjoy pvp are a very small minority, which is sad because pvp does add a vast element of variance to the game.

In pvp every encounter has a chance to have something occur that has never occured before, that's why pvp is fun. Every fight is unscripted.

That being said, the majority of gamers are bluebies and will never pvp. They like pve only.

I don't have a problem with pvp. I have a problem with MMO pvp. It is terrible. And EQ pvp is 17-year-old mmo pvp. If I want to pvp, I'll play a shooter.
