With fire pet 34, you can easily do all the gnolls from ZI to first double door in Splitpaw.
That will get you to 39 where you will be able to move either to spectres (feerrott, oasis, oot) or to bloodgills in loio.
Spectres will get you to 50 while bloodgills will get you to 52.
