The difference between a low blue and a high blue is night and day.

I believe once you hit the teens and into the early 20s you could tell the difference by the con message:

"Dangerous" was the high blue
"Risky" was the low blue

Wish they had kept doing that later on, after a certain point all blues con "dangerous" even if their about to turn green
