Legumes put nitrogen back into soil, the most prevalent of which is soybean. The alternative is just to throw it away after it fixes restores the soil for other plants.

Soy does in fact have a noticeable effect on the endocrine system. That's why oncologists warn against consuming soy if you have an estrogen receptive form of cancer (like some breast cancers)

You don't have to eat it. The only reason it's so prevalent is because it's cheap/nearly free because of the primary purpose it serves in crop rotations.

Again, I knew a big guy who was like the posters in this thread. He drank a ton of "high quality" Soy milk, big jugs of it. Hes finished as a member of the cis male species.

Man I've been looking good lately. I gained a bit of weight from 2013-2015, was still attractive but def lost some of my edge shirtless. Been visible ab status again for a year already but damn, the improvement just keeps coming even after I think I reached the top.
