Dark Cloak of the Sky?

Hey it's clickable lvl 40, need lvl 46 to get it in sky. It's clickable 50% spell haste, so it stacks with worn haste but not buffs. It works on your archery too.

It is 12 second duration so it's nice to put it on a hot key and tie that key to your kick hot button so it's always refreshing.

It also works as your insta click junk buff though and insta click global cool down reset.
