same I have low/nonexistent vasopressin production, I have to drink 5-6 liters of water a day just to maintain normal hydration levels. Anything less is guaranteed dehydration.

IDK about the 5-6 liters, probably more. I drink about 7 bottles of Poland Spring towards dinner. And probably 3-4 more in addition to that. Each bottle is half a liter.

Piss every 2 hours minimum.
