Aww thats brutal! Poor Chris. You know, many many years before he killed his family and himself, Harley Race told him to stop doing the top rope headbutt because of the whiplash effect on the brain. He didnt listen and when they did the study on his brain, they said it looked worse than an Alzheimer patient. I also recently lost a long time partner to post concussion syndrome. Atleast they are getting better at knowing what to look for.

Submission style fighting always leads to shit like that, I'd try to avoid anything that involves grapples and locks (cause I'm like 5'11 130)... Then again I'm a groin kicking, eye gouging, throat punching, ear ripping, street fighting bad ass!
