Cannot select a character

In all my characters slots there is a message instead of my character names.

It says-Your Spells file is outdated. Please visit project1999.org and get the latest file from the getting started post.

I have done this, 3 times now. And its not working?

www.project1999.org front page, read it or just click Setup Guide on left corner. Install the v4 spell file? I did it and had np.

Did you unzip the file correctly?

The globalload has to go in your resources directory, and the other two text files (spells_us and dbstr_us) need to go in your root Everquest directory (they should overwrite previous versions of themselves).

All unzipped correctly yes. I have tried it 6 times now. Still not working.

I just did something to mine trying to get the new file and I cannot log on to any servers now.
