Where is hammer hill in OT?

I've never used the term, but speculating it is the hill inside the outpost?
Far N-W corner of the map, ~ 2500, 4000.

OT Hammer in, hop out of the boat and over to the hill away from the scary outpost mobs that way want to eat you.
