Are you new to EQ in general or just to p99?
its a tough road to level 12 as an enchanter. But once you get charm it gets wayyyyyy better.
make you way to east commonlands and bum buffs off the high level players at the tunnel and suffer your way to level 12.
Once you're 12, make your way to steamfont mountains and charm the minotaurs near the zone line to lfay. they're great for learning the charm ropes on. There's a bunch of how to guides on this forum for charming strats. So do some forum searching, read up a bit and you'll be good to go.
