It is there, you just need to download and install patch files. Go to main page then "Getting Started." ^^

https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=2651 'about halfway down page is a link to the v43 files. Extract those and drop them in your eq directory. I would not include the ui folder though it caused initializzation problem for me.
