i actually think the red forums need to really go, and the blue forums be renamed to general forums. for trading have a red sub forum but thats it. guild recruitment can be merged and just specify red or blue guild.

recruitment for red server would go up this way.

There are no blue forums. The other forums are General Community. Have a looksy ^^
