Creating two accounts

You do not.
From this page on the forum, click "Home" in the top left.
Below the "Home" button there will be a "Navigation" section, it is possible that section is closed and so you may have to click the double arrow directly to the right of the word "Navigation"
In this section, you will find the "Create Account" button.
