If you dont like any of those 4 things the games not for you.

Basically everone has 6 skills and no more than 6 skills.. 3 from their weapon choice 1 from their bp 1 from their boots 1 from their helm.

There is food and potions too

Your skills come from what gear you put on, what level of gear it is (if you can use it too--you need ability/rank to)

Leather armor is attack rating/haste. Cloth is magic increase mana. Plate is defensive. Duh.

Each class of armor then has 3 difference classes and then individual ranks...i.e you can gear up on haste based gear or run based gear etc.

Mix and match to suit your style. If you wear a plate bo and expect to be a good healer you'll tske damage good but your heals will be weak and slower casting.
