how legacy? the titanium client is from like 2006

However EQEMU Launcher requires .net framework 4 and Windows 2000 doesn't support that.

Windows 2000, as I said, Titanium installed without issues.

Run as admin. p99 wont run from EQEMU launcher. You might have to make a titanium.bat file but i never had to so not sure how that works.

I'll try fiddling around, maybe try some other emu launchers or something later. Just wondering if someone has done this before.
