NPC Spawn Issue: Does Peffin Ambersnow despawn after a certain amount of time?

the trick here is to have a friend kite the heavy hitting elites while any class that can DPS from range ( druid, shaman, wiz, necro etc ) kills her

I would say within the hour she would despawn just cause thats how most the Coldain Ring turn in npcs behave
