Unrest

Um, where was this ample warning given? I just started playing a couple of weeks ago and had no clue unrest was even down when i tried to zone in there this morning. I'm obviously missing something.

It's okay, it returns as a carnival theme park!

I can't wait to get me some Dwarven Clown Boots from Funrest! Also, make sure to turn up in game music so you can listen the Jagged Band playing in the Pavillion.
