Upload it and add it to the start-up FAQ?

Does this change the in-game lighting issue (everything being bright, humans able to see at night, etc.)?

I noticed they actually fixed the fog issue on live. If you turn off "advanced lighting" on live, it fixes the lighting issues and takes away the fugly fog. Of course there is a new new sky too. Is that revamp #4? Lol
