Oh I see, most normal people got bored of getting ganked and left your server and you have no one to play with anymore because you couldnt play nice.

Anyways, thats the reason why red99 has a poor population, this game was not designed for pvp because few people like randomly dying in a camp, getting corpse camped, getting sniped during a long travel or having to pay off bodyguards to port as a wiz/druid and global OOC.

EQ PVP is pretty great really. It's VERY similar to EQ PVE in the way it requires preparation and friends and execution and punishes failure. The problem with red isn't that "EQ wasn't designed for PVP" or even the people who play on red. The problem with red is that it has basically never had the population needed for the server to thrive, except maybe back in classic when the world was so much smaller.
