The what? The local weather he's talking about are the claims of these elitists and their "scientific predictions" (sic) to those local regions, such as the Arctic and Britain, their own words. He's just saying/showing how that was BS and never came true long after their time frame for it to happen expired. I've witnessed that over and over since the 70's, and have witnessed the false data.

And as he goes on into the video, they use this "science" and alarmist nonsense/lie to social engineer the world. Science if fucking awesome, dude, but that's not science, not what they push.
