Filter /ooc, get faster typing /ignore but right now it would do more harm than good to put a level range on it. I know in SOD everyone started in a beginner's guild, why not implement this for noobs and get it off /ooc? | |||

Noobs don't need /ooc.
I'm sorry, that's a ridiculous premise. Noobs are perfectly capable of doing /who all <myclass> 30 50, and find someone who is higher level to help them learn shit. They will learn better things and not have to filter a million "wtf noob?" responses when they ask a question to the masses. I've played at least a dozen games with a minimum level for open chat, and it's NEVER EVER set me back at ALL. The ONLY people this would inconvenience are IDIOTS who can figure out how to /ooc but can't figure out how to send a tell, and the jackasses who make level 1 characters to spam.
