actually you might want to look into this a little bit more. DKP is doled out depending on who is doing the DKP, people have been given secret access to the DKP site because certain officers don't want to do dkp and just delegate it to regular members.
That DKP site ebbs and flows more than the interpretation of the US Constitution.

I know my dkp is right, because I took 5 minutes to check it and add 1 + 1 anyone can do this) you can also check other members if you like.
