the DMV is totally fucked. It's like they purposely hire the most incompetent employee's to run the front desk.
I went to my local DMV to inquire about what I needed to register a trailer and get plates for it. The lady at the counter just gave me shit about how it's not her job and she had no idea what I was talking about. Totally ridiculous. That was a few years back. I now go to a small town DMV close by and everyone is super nice and helpful there.

I can only imagine how someone would freak out there.
