what about the forsaken camps in EJ? Those iksar are right around the level range (mid 30's) and there's 3 static camps of them... with no competition as no one is ever there other than transiting to CoM/Trak.
Wiki has no loot listed, because no one kills them - but I'd say it's likely they do drop the blood... couldn't hurt to kill a few. | ||

After much thought I've decided to let everyone know my formerly super top secret location for Iksar Blood.
http://wiki.project1999.com/A_coerced_smith He drops it every single time and often 2. Bottom of Dalnir 6 min respawn. Easily the best place to farm it.

Froglok Blood - Just go find vendors near Lguk and purchase it for 1p each. Check Grobb, South Ro, Oasis or even EC tunnel vendors. Doesn't seem to drop in Swamp of No Hope or if it does it's extremely stupid rare.
Sarnak Blood - Very common off Sarnaks in Lake. Also found on most vendors in/around Cabilis. Iksar Blood - Don't waste time with anything except the Coerced Smith in Dalnir. | ||
