Have some accounts you can use for actual PvP if you want. It is not hard to wipe a Velious raid with a single character. You don't even have to break any rules.

Doubt I'll bother. I occasionally check the pop during Thai time and it seems to linger between 20-30 players.

Any of the CS crew are free to claim Wind to play if they so desire.
