I'd say it's time, but they'll certainly want to finish the current Velious timeline before anything else happens.
They won't wipe it, but if a second blue server ever hits...expect a long long LONG line for manastones, guises, etc. At the same time it might actually kill a couple of people IRL who have hoarded virtual currency for up to 7 years.
