Way too early for a scriptural debate with a JW. You cant engage in those discussions because they always whip out their special translation of the bible. Their cult approved recent translation that goes against every translated unearthed copy of the bible dating to antiquity.

Dont care. Used to ride to work with a JW everyday 2 hour trip each way. Ive covered all of this before. Ive debated with them when they come to the door. Any objection or argument I make they point to THEIR translation and refuse to acknowledge any other meaning. They refuse to listen to any information about Russell or Rutherford (strange some of the ritualistic and stylistic similarities to some nefarious fraternal groups) and the most damning of all is they flat out ignore the fact that they have repeatedly declared the end of the world to all of their followers and each time nothing happens and they back peddle.

If you want to address any of the above before we get to the ridiculous JW translation then perhaps we can have a go around.
