When someone else hands in their dirk, you can get a declaration of war. Just say the magic phrase.

This is not accurate. Dirk is a flag.

If anyone can actually show me logs, with a consider or anything be nice. Even though I am max kos dain/coldain now just for future reference. None of it worked with the faction I had, or the dialogue spoken.
