Launch Titanium not working

i do have the same probleme, "You can not attach a debugger while playng Project 1999"

A friend of mine asked me to install P99 on his laptop (Win10, Norton Antivirus).

Installing worked fine, but could not see any servers in the list (is a router problem, because when i changed the connection to iPhone or my WebGate then all worked well)

i changed the config of the router (firmware update), restartet laptop and router. After this the real problems started.

"You cannot attach a debugger while playing p1999"

on my laptop i run win10 with ESETNod32 antivirus and it works without any problems.

on google I havent found any solutions for this problem. Hope this forum can help.
