He clearly lands on his arms and rolls his position using his shoulder. He doesn't land on his neck at all. Plus the cameraman never moves, usually when something bad happens they run over to help.

He's more likely to be knocked out. You'll find with cervical spinal cord injuries at the point of impact their limbs and torso will spasm and become rigid through spinal shock syndrome.
