Seriously not enough mentions for the old Super Famicom line of rpgs that have gotten translations in the past couple years.
Energy Breaker Treasure Hunter G Rudra No Hihou Chaos Seed Live A Live Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2) All are amazing time sinks on par with the best of them at the time.
